I recently scanned some photos. All these were shot with a Petri TTL, a 200mm F/3.5 lens and 400 or 800 iso kodak film

I am going to put links to the images just because.

Birthday, MySpace and other things

22 November 2005

Ok well considering I haven’t updated in a while (oh let me tell you how busy I have been) I figured I should go on for a while…

I am writing this because I am burning a few CDs for my cousin and I have a little superstition about doing things while I burn stuff. I don’t like to do it. Normally I just leave my computer alone and let it do its little thing. But tonight is different. I need to update my blog.

Ok so let’s start with last Wednesday, which happens to be my birthday. I got 3 very cool things. First was an 80gig hard drive, then a Darth Tader (Google it, coolest thing ever) and last but not least I got a new bath robe (my old one was up to me knee, which I’m sure you want to know). Considering I have a shit ton a space already on my computer (*cough* 300gigs *cough*) I decided my mp3 player needed to have a shit ton of space too. Considering I dropped it about 2 months ago and it stopped working, I decided an 80giger would be perfect for it. The Creative Zen Xtra’s hard drive is a piece of cake to replace. I would recommend it to anyone with any mechanical since.

Enough about that. A few nights ago, I’m not sure when, I was checking up on a few websites and while I was loading my MySpace, the images on the page were loading as I was scrolling down the page. When you scroll and images show up the page move to the top or somewhere. Well it was doing this fast and IT MADE ME DIZZY. I think that might almost be a reason to get off Myspace.

Now let’s talk about idiots. Or kids trying to funny would be there better term. “I love hot beaches.” Not funny, very stupid. Lets quote Jordan on this one, “Man that sounds an acculy lot like ‘I love hot BITCHES!’” Good job Jordan, you made my blog.

Ok one DVD done, one more to go. That only took 10 minutes. Amazingly fast.

Now let’s talk about kids who are very uber book smart. Who cares? Just because you know the formula for some weird equation or pretty much know a whole class before you take it doesn’t mean you’re a bad ass. Can you wheelie a fiddy for almost a mile? No, you can’t. Shut up.

My computer has been acting weird lately. A few weeks ago my GeForce4 died on me and until I get a new one I am using my brother’s old GeForce2. That is two whole generations of backwardness. This video card can’t handle heat. I mean if I watch a video in Windows Media player it crashes on me. I have to watch all my videos in VLC, which isn’t really a problem anyway because most of the time I do that anyway. But sometimes I forget and BAM computer reboots on me. Happens even when I am not watching video sometimes too. Oh well, I will get over it.

Today I went to the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Pretty cool, I took 3 rolls of pictures. I am surprised I haven’t been there but one or two times before. It is a pretty neat place.

And now for the last topic. I am leaving tomorrow morning, going to Arkansas. Man I am getting tired of typing so long story short I am going with my family, we are taking our motorcycles and we are having thanksgiving. Damn that is so much easier then typing a lot like I did before. This is one long ass blog post, and if you got this far, mad props. I’ll be back this weekend.
